Nukon NKT-160

NKT-160 – Professional pipe and profile cutting machine with a wide range of functional options.
  • Pipe and Profile Fiber Laser system is used to process pipes or profiles produced in different materials and shapes in many sectors such as agricultural machinery, machine tools, defense industry, Automotive sector and industrial shelf sector.
  • The machine is suitable for pipe, square profile, rectangular profile cutting.
  • The machine can be produced with 1kW, 2kW and 3kW power options
  • Profiles or pipes in bales are loaded into the machine by an automatic loading system.
  • The maximum cross-section that can be cut in the machines is 200mm X 100mm for profiles, Ø226mm for pipes.
  • The machine can work for profiles or pipes up to 6500mm in length
  • Available options include, automatic centering, weld seam detection, bevel cutting

Feeding Chuck
The feeding chuck can hold materials between Ø15-Ø226mm in the center axis precisely. Jaw clamping works with pneumatic drive with adjustable pressure. The profile rotation axis and profile driving axis are servo-motor driven.

Front Chuck
The front chuck can hold materials between Ø15 andØ226mm precisely in the center axis with4 supported roller jaws. Jaw clamping works with a pneumatic drive system with adjustable pressure.
The front chuck has the ability to move forward and backward to cut the minimum residual materialand long contours without using the micro-joint option.
Automatic Loading system
All settings in the system according to cross-sectional dimensions of pipes and profiles are made automatically by CNC when material information is entered. Compatible with loading parts between 3000mm – 6300mm.

Supports
The supports are the supporting elements that are placed in order to prevent collapse and oscillation of the  materials during the cutting according to the cross-section and length dimensions of the pipes and profiles entered into the CNC. All settings are made automatically according to the section dimensions.
Automatic Unoading system
All settings in the system according to cross-sectional dimensions of pipes and profiles are made automatically by CNC when material information is entered. As standard, finished parts can be unloaded with a maximum length of 4000mm. Optionally it can be extended to 6000mm.
