    RAS Swaging

    The motorized or manual driven swaging machines include 9 pair of swaging wheels and a divided large stop plate in the standard configuration. The speed (RAS 11.35) can be adjusted by means of a foot switch.

    RAS introduces the EasyFormer, the second generation of intelligent swaging machines. They actually “learn” as you swage and flange! When you’re ready to produce the first work piece, just press the “Teach” function.

    The RAS 21.20 flanging machine turns up 90 degree flanges on radius cheeks so that the parts are ready for Pittsburgh or Snaplock joints. Quick, Safe, Cost efficient. The operation speed is variable between 0 and 9.4 m/min.

    The RAS 22.07 SpeedySeamer with seven rollforming stations is a multi-functional and cost-efficient machine for varying uses in the HVAC ducting industry. The top of the line RAS 22.09 SpeedySeamer is a 9-station high quality system.

  • RAS Seam Closing Machine

    Closes seams with widths of 10 mm and 13 mm on round tubes. Changeover from inside to outside seams in seconds. The working length can be doubled, by turning the tube.
